The French group Profil Organisation has been using BURO Club’s services for 25 years. This long story between both firms shows that professional renting in a business centre is not an exclusively temporary solution. Pascal Barnabé, director of the event branch, agreed to give us more details about his experience inside the Paris République BURO Club business centre.

Pascal Barnabé, can you introduce your activity?

Since 1992, Profil Organisation accompanies enterprises to enhance their public image, as well among their staff as for their customers. To achieve this goal, there are many responses. The organisation of a seminar, a gala evening or travel prizes are some of the strategies we offer. Our job consists in conceptualising and realising events which will boost the performances of our clients’ companies.

Why did you choose BURO Club Paris République?

For an events communication agency, having a Parisian virtual office brings a national reputation. Profil Organisation performs mainly in Toulouse but the registered office is settled in the 11e arrondissement of Paris, in a BURO Club business centre. After 25 years, this strategy still bears fruit.

In 2003, the subsidiary Profil Évènement has eventually opened an office at this address, which was initially the group’s virtual office address. Thanks to the flexibility offered by the BURO Club’s team, our package evolved depending on our needs so that I could rent a serviced office monthly. Other BURO Club services such as phone supplies, high-speed fibre optic and logistical support allow me to concentrate on my projects, because I’m alone on the Paris area.
