Posterscope Contact society, from Dentsu Aegis Network group, chose BURO Club for its office space solutions in various cities of France. Philippe Simon, in charge of press distribution in Nantes, Lille and Rennes, shares his experience.

What does your job consist in at Posterscope Contact?

We are a field and street marketing company in charge of press distribution. I have a serviced  office in Nantes Gare – Cité des congrès business center and I’ve been working for Posterscope Contact since 2008. I manage 31 people between Nantes, Lille and Rennes on a daily basis. Many customers call upon us, depending on their different needs, such as the newspapers 20 minutes. Speaking of it, my role is to oversee the distribution of 60 to 80 000 newspapers in the field each morning. This requires refined logistics.

When did you start renting office spaces in Nantes?

My management chose this solution in 2010. The proximity between Nantes’s BURO Club, the city center and the train station makes travels easier. I have everything within easy reach. When I see clients, I can welcome them in my office, take them out for lunch and show them the castle of the “ducs de Bretagne“, for example. There is also a hotel near the business center, in which my directors conveniently rent a room when they visit me. And when I need to meet a colleague in Lille or Rennes, I find it practical to rent a serviced office in a BURO Club center for the day.

How are your relations with the staff of Nantes’s BURO Club center?

We have a very pleasant relationship - I would even say friendly - with Sébastien Bazin, the center director, and Angélique Hue, who works at the reception. The team is always ready to be helpful, to handle a call for me when I'm overwhelmed. It is a real administrative support on which I can count.
