Meeting rooms in Mazamet: the advantages

To ensure the success of your meetings, seminars, conferences or any other professional events, the BURO club Partner of Mazamet center offers you two fully equipped meeting rooms. Fitted out according to your needs (standard configuration, "U", class, cinema...) and equipped according to your instructions (video screen, microphone, whiteboard, very high-speed internet access...) its two rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 120 people.

In daylight, they are available by the day (from 180 €) or at ½ day (from 130 €). The rental of a room also gives you access to the center’s printing solutions (printer, photocopier, scanner, etc.) and to 10 prints per session.

The trilingual team (French, English, Spanish) of the center, is at your disposal from Monday to Friday. Our staff can register your reservation and instructions from 8am to 6pm. They will be able to take care of the organization of your gourmet breaks and business lunches but also to assist you during the event. Our staff will also configurate the videoconferencing system.

Located in the heart of Mazamet, between the SNCF train and bus stations. The premises are close to all the airports in the region (a few minutes from Castres-Mazamet, 45 min from Carcassonne and 1h15 from Toulouse Blagnac). A premium location in Mazamet.

If you have chosen to locate your company, rent an office or a work in the shared space, you will benefit from 3 free day office rental per month. All you have to do is book your room or an equipped office at the reception desk.
