In order to better understand what the BURO Club offer is, we asked for Frédéric Dathy, BURO Club network CEO and Laurence Dathy, Paris Levallois and Paris République business centres’ Sales Director for their opinion.

For 19 years, Laurence Dathy has been delivering BURO Club services and she does know in depth the various profiles of business centres members/clients as well as their requirements in terms of services. She is deeply committed to her two business centres and to the BURO Club French offering. She says: « My job, as PARIS-REPUBLIQUE and PARIS-LEVALLOIS business centres’ Sales Director, is to manage and coach the sales teams and to set and monitor our sales and prospects targets. I make sure that our clients will benefit from the high-quality of services to which we commit, be it for the provision of equipped workspaces (serviced offices and meeting rooms), registered addresses for our hosted companies’ headquarters, or secretariat, Visio conference and call answering services. » In addition to the management of her two centres, Laurence Dathy is also one of the network focal points in charge of the BURO Club Large Accounts French offering.

The pursuit of costs saving is now on everyone’s agenda

When we look in detail at the various profiles of clients interested in business centres real estate solutions, «We see that there has always been three major categories of clients”, says Frédéric Dathy. «Clients who set up their business and who will benefit from our entry point real estate solutions (virtual office – shared spaces – meeting rooms) and from all our business centres services scalability; they account for about 1/3rd of our clients » A second third of our business centres members is composed of companies already mature who have chosen the business centre solution on a longer term basis. « They benefit fully from our proposed services and the professional opportunities attached to a BURO Club centre’s rental solution », adds Laurence DATHY. « The last 1/3rd is composed of large accounts. Thanks to the very dense geographical coverage of the BURO Club network’s real estate solutions, French and international large accounts do consider and often retain the solutions provided by our business centres », explains the CEO of the BURO Club network. Hence, a large number of renowned brands and groups have placed their trust in BURO Club to rent serviced offices for their employees.

Immediate provision of an efficient workspace

Availability, efficiency and flexibility are key words which demonstrate BURO Club commitments. Far from the constraints of a traditional lease enforcing irreducible 3 years contractual periods, business centres solutions do adapt to the needs of professionals. « In our centres, clients can rent temporary spaces for one hour, half-a-day or one day. We call them « one-off clients » as opposed to permanent clients (residents) who have subscribed to services giving them a 24h per day and 7 days a week access to their workspaces » outlines Laurence DATHY. «Our private allocated spaces are adaptable upon request, and we can isolate and configure our serviced offices according to the requests of our clients in order to deliver the expected professional space. BURO Club is then truly acting as a driving force for the development of their business. »

Business centres, living and working places

« We can set up a client within 24 to 48 hours », highlights the Sales Director. 85 out of 100 requests are for private serviced offices, with prices starting from approximately 800 euros pre-tax per month for a 10 sqm office. Less expensive, a coworking workstation is offered at a starting price of 295 euros pre-tax. « Our goal is to truly enable our residents to benefit from a living and working place enriched by exchanges and discussions.
