All Parisian business centres do not keep up with CEO’s expectations. According to Benoit Durand-Tisnes’ experience inside the Champs-Élysées business centre, BURO Club offers significant perks, including office space solutions in Paris, which place this network above others.

Can you tell us about your activity?

Wayden Transition is a pure play company involved in transition management. We act in mid-size and large-scale enterprises since 2008 to engage major transformation projects, most of them in emergency situations. To be able to carry out our missions correctly, our company gathers highly qualified managers. We have selected more than 1200 collaborators to boost the performance of companies that ask for our advice.

Why did you choose to locate your company at BURO Club?

When we spread our activity four years ago, some matters imposed themselves. How the company is going to grow? How fast? These factors are difficult to estimate, and a conventional lease would hamper our development. Now, with nearly two million turnover, this solution still offers a great flexibility given our growth.

Furthermore, we reach a high-end clientele. To enhance our public reputation, choosing a prestigious address was desirable. We visited all business centres of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, our choice fell on the establishment run by Nicolas Fallet.

Which BURO Club services do you favour the most?

I visited many professional premises in Paris and most of the time, I came across impersonal offices, even decrepit sometimes. Champs-Élysées BURO Club business centre stands out with its modernity. Confidentiality is another matter that convinced me. The Buro Club brand was made discreet in favour of my company’s identity. Thanks to BURO Club services’ efficiency, Wayden Transition can deploy its reputation with confidence.
