BURO Club Guadeloupe gets a new look

The BURO CLUB network of business centers is constantly innovating to meet the needs of its customers. That is the case for the center of Guadeloupe, which offers its services for virtual offices, rental of offices, meeting rooms and telephone reception in a newly refurbished space. Nadège Letessier, in charge of business development, tells us more about these new elements.

How has your center changed recently?

The center has moved to new premises since October 2015. It is in the industrial zone of Jarry, ranked third largest zone of activity in France. The premises, on the first floor of a building with elevator, have easier access, as well as meeting rooms which, depending on certain criteria, can be used outside of our opening hours.

This change of address probably involves some restructuring efforts, how did you proceed?

Indeed, the layout of the interior has been redesigned to best meet our needs as an office rental center. We have created two distinct spaces, one welcoming residential offices and the other, a meeting rooms space. We also imagined a relaxation lounge in the heart of the premises. The new center now has an area of 300 sqm and consists of nine offices for rent and three meeting rooms.

Has this had an impact on the clientele?

The relocation of our structure has had a very positive impact both for our business and for our customers. The new location of the branch on Boulevard de Jarry, the main axis of the commercial zone, offers a better visibility for our business and that of our customers. Therefore the customers of the old address have remained loyal to Buro Club Guadeloupe. Today we welcome 105 clients, in addition to those who use our services punctually. All our offices are busy but we continue to respond to requests for corporate domiciliation, telephone reception, and meeting room rentals.
