HELIOS CONSEIL managers have chosen our BURO Club solution of virtual office. Founded in 2005 by Carine Gosse and Jacques Duquesne, the firm is located in our BURO Club business centre of Lille. We wanted them to share their impressions on the office space solutions in one of our structures. Carine Gosse, an expert in human resources management, tells us more about this choice.

What is the mission of HELIOS CONSEIL?

HELIOS CONSEIL assists the leaders of small and medium-sized companies in reflection and strategic construction and then in the adaptation of their resources.

To achieve this objective, our expertise consists in setting up shareholder strategies, social and qualifications audits as well as reworking the processes of HRM (human resources management) organization and administration. We also recruit executives and senior executives to integrate talent essential to the development of corporate clients.

Why choose the office rental in a business centre?

We knew Claude Dermaux (Director of the BURO Clubs in the region of Lille, ed) before the creation of the business centres of Lille and Villeneuve d'Ascq. In addition, we could not find any office space in the city centre. It is therefore natural that we decided to create our activity with BURO Club.

Do you think that renting an office in a business centre is a lasting solution?

To tell the truth, we left the centre for a few years and came back in 2009. Today, we have offices in Marcq-en-Baroeul, but we chose to set up our legal address in the business centre for more convenience.

What caused you to change your mind?

The location essentially. Near the Lille Europe and Lille Flandres train stations, the centre allows us to easily meet all our candidates and to receive our customers who come from far away. We also appreciate the BURO Club's personalized call answering service and the possibility of renting offices and meeting rooms according to our needs, which gives us a great deal of flexibility.
