Six years ago, the training center Performat Plus laid down its hat at Paris Levallois BURO Club’s business center. It is composed of around 50 serviced offices, from one to ten workstations as well as five meeting rooms and a videoconference space. It also lets the possibility to enjoy virtual offices at a great Parisian address. According to Jonathan Benisty, manager of the organization, BURO Club’s solutions are a great way to launch an activity.

Why did you opt for an office rental from the beginning?

To make our project concrete, we needed large enough premises to accommodate visitors. The services provided by BURO Club were the best compromise since the rented space is flexible. It can be enlarged and reduced at will, depending on our needs. Also, we immediately enjoyed the meeting rooms. It was very interesting as we just had to set up our computers to work. For a start, this is ideal. Plus, our relationship with the business center’s staff is very good. The service is professional and efficient, including in the distribution of mail, the maintenance of the premises and the upholding of a certain standing.

Does this solution satisfy your customers?

The feedback we get is positive. The trainees feel very well in the business center. The welcome is pleasant and they take advantage of coffee breaks and sometimes breakfasts organized by BURO Club. It is one of the perks that distinguishes us from other training organizations.

Can you give a portrayal of Performat Plus? What are your strengths?

We work with around 350 independent trainers and 250 companies, mainly in the Paris region. This vast network built over the years enables us to offer diversified trainings, which we adapt to the real employees’ needs in the field, often after audits. We are in a continuous study and innovation process, and we create tailor-made programs in order to offer customized solutions.
