Can you introduce your company?
Sophar has just celebrated its fourth birthday this year. Since 2012, our group offers a panel of services for health professionals in the French overseas departments. Among those services, we work to find better solutions to externalise the pharmaceutical products manufacturing, but also the research, development and marketing fields, in order to enhance our clients’ competitiveness.
Why did you choose to rent an office via the BURO Club network?
Most of our partners and laboratories are settled in the French mainland department of Île-de-France, so our offices have to be in Paris to organise easily our partners’ activities. First, we chose to rent commercial premises, of which the lease turned out to be very binding. The lease contract ended about a year ago and, in September 2015, we moved in the business centre of BURO Club Paris République.
The office space solution proposed by BURO Club business centres suits my activity perfectly. Unlike a commercial lease, I pay only for the space I occupy. I can also rent another room from time to time, for an hour or a day. It only requires a mail.
BURO Club provision of services helps a lot with my business’ everyday routine. They make my company operations simplier and show a very professional image. For example, each time I use a meeting room, water bottles, notepads and pens are provided on desks.
