Discovering Paris is not only visiting beautiful monuments or shopping on the most beautiful avenue in the world. No, Paris is discovered and rediscovered every day and we never get tired of it ! Whether you are a native Parisian or just a tourist, you will succumb to its eternal charm while strolling through the districts and alleys of the capital.

Indeed, many make the mistake of stopping in front of the famous 325 meters of metal of the Eiffel Tower without even discovering what is around. And yet... The Iron Lady is far from being Paris' only treasure. Very well surrounded, this last abounds indeed of impossible to circumvent districts. Zoom on the 4 neighbours of the Eiffel Tower :

The Champs Elysées

The Champs-Elysées avenue, the first neighbouring avenue and located a stone's throw from Gustave Eiffel's majestic tower, occupies indefinitely its role as the most beautiful avenue in the world. Chic restaurants, luxury brands, palaces, prestigious places to go out (Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Lido, Queen...) rub shoulders between the Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde. Not forgetting the most visited museums and monuments (Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais...).

Trocadero

On the other bank of the Seine and near the famous Eiffel Tower, the Trocadéro is full of sumptuous gardens and ponds as the richness of its culture (Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine, musée de la Marine, Palais de Tokyo...). And only a few meters from the fountains of Trocadero, the charming village of Passy, its church, its cemetery where artistic personalities repose (Claude Debussy, Tristan Bernard...)

Alma and Jena

The chic and trendy districts of Jena and Alma are distinguished by their creativity and their monuments : Palais de Tokyo, Musée d'Art moderne de la Ville de Paris, Musée Galliera, Fondation Pierre Bergé-Yves Saint Laurent... since the disappearance of Princess Diana in 1997, Alma has never ceased to welcome visitors in search of a moment of meditation.

The Hotel des Invalides

A grandiose monument on the left bank, the Hôtel des Invalides now houses the musée des armées, which houses an artillery museum and a section based on the history of the French army. Built to accommodate disabled soldiers following war wounds, it still fulfils this role today. (There is also a necropolis in which soldiers are buried).
