The European Metropolis of Lille (MEL) is the beating heart of the Hauts-de-France region. More and more companies are setting up here each year to benefit from the economic advantages offered by its strategic position within Europe.

Are you looking for an office to rent to set up your business in Lille ? The BURO Club network provides you with renovated and fully equipped premises in the heart of the city or on the outskirts, in Villeneuve d'Ascq. To be as close as possible to your problems, the BURO Club business centres in Lille offer tailor-made services to suit all budgets. And to take advantage of a financial boost, you can also turn to national, regional or metropolitan aid.

A new economic policy for Hauts-de-France

For several months, the local authorities of Haut-de-France have been embarking on a vast financing aid plan with the objective of boosting the companies present on the territory and encouraging new projects. Several million euros have already been released to support companies from different economic sectors such as aeronautics, lace or recycling.

Not only large groups or companies will receive aid, but also very small enterprises (VSEs), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and medium-sized enterprises (ITEs). This is regardless of their level of growth.

How are the aids translated ?

These aids exist in different forms to adapt to each problem. There are, for example, special funds for companies in difficulty, subsidies or aid for training and recruitment for those in development. The most common is a repayable financing advance. Moreover, if the undertaking to which the aid is granted does not honour its undertaking, it will be obliged to repay what has been lent to it.

Nevertheless, the idea remains interesting for all companies domiciled in Lille and the good news is that the aid put in place by local authorities can be combined with that granted by the MEL and the State.
