BURO Club enjoys a large business centres network. For our customers, it means they can rent an office among more than 100 geographic areas in France and abroad. This service convinced many companies to join the group. This was also the case for URBANiS. Set up since December in the BURO Club business centre in Rennes downtown, the project manager Virginie Chatonnet gave us an interview.

Can you introduce URBANiS’s mission?

Our main objective consists in imagining one or several solutions to enhance an urban project. This service applies as well to collectivities and individuals. For example, it can deal with an energy retrofit project or, on a larger scale, a neighbourhood revitalisation.

Why did you choose to rent your offices in a BURO Club business centre?

URBANiS is a national group. Thus, our job implies to stay near our customers. URBANiS already has a local branch in Bretagne, but opening an operational office in a dynamic city such as Rennes allows us to reach a new customer base.

To contract a professional lease produces too many fees. Premises are unsuitable to new organisations and the operating costs prevent a company from growing smoothly. BURO Club’s package of services put all those restraints away.

Which BURO Club services do you like most?

I was able to start my professional activity right on the first day, without caring about any logistical matters. Photocopier, furniture, everything is already available! Furthermore, I and the Quimper team are going to collaborate on a regular basis. The meeting room rental service of this business centre will be very useful in the future as well.
